Really great experience! Our first time there. Our insurance was just switched to this particular office and it was such a pleasant surprise to have such a great experience! Each of the dentist were wonderful, the texts were very attentive, everybody was so educated with all my questions! They even went above and beyond to bring my son a fidget to play with while he was dealing with his first real work up, above and beyond ❤️ definitely a 10/10

Disappointed in the level of professionalism from Michelle in billing. I had preventative services completed three years ago. Prior to being a new patient I was told by the front desk that I was in network. After services were complete I was then told I was out of network. If I had this information before sitting in the chair I wouldn’t have gone. I already pay for dental insurance why go to someone out of network? I’ve been receiving bills in the mail for $175 for over three years. You would think that because this was misinformation on the front desk staff that waiving this fee would be appropriate. I was paying $1 at a time to give them the hint that this was ridiculous. I get a letter in the mail explaining that this was going into collections. I contacted Michelle, I offered two different solutions. Michelle did not want to work with me and declined both offers. Michelle then sent my bill to collections. So she would rather loose money than come to a solution. I will negotiate with the collections office maybe getting the bill reduced by 50%. Sorry but you choose to loose money. I had options you chose not to work with the customer. Please be more considerate to future patient

My first appointment was a regular dental cleaning that went ok, the Dr. came in to look my teeth over and he said I had 2 crowns that were failing and needed to be replaced. I thought it was wild because I have had no issue or pain with either of them so I opted to not have them done. I went back 6 months later for another cleaning and The dentist said again that I had 2 crowns that needed to be replaced because they were failing. Against my better judgement I trusted the dentist and scheduled to have them done. I paid $3700 out of pocket to have them done and I got a temporary boot put on them for 2 weeks with sever pain the entire time. My crowns were finally done and I went back to have them glued on and I had so much pain that I had to get numb to have them put on. This was November of 2025. 4 months go by and the pain is unbearable so I call and make an appointment for an adjustment. The dentist did ex rays, pulp testing and a number of other things and ground on my teeth for a bit and sent me home and said if that doesn't feel better in 2 weeks come back, so I did. Again, pulp testing and ex rays and a tiny bit of grinding again. I told him I'm biting my cheek even when I do

I came in for check up and cleaning but due to my elevated BP the hygienist was a bit skeptical on doing her work. After about 30min it was decided I could do my cleaning and still have doc give me a check up. Although I was a little disappointed I don't get my full treatment today I am still happy with the professionalism of the staff. I will be back. And still recommend them over any other dentist in the area!
